SAZZ โ source ledger
Access date: 24 October 2026, Asia/Kolkata. Public business content was read in the available Instagram browser session and on public websites. No private inbox, Insights or personal profile was opened. Browser screenshots are local evidence. Post dates below come from the rendered page's time attributes, not relative labels such as โ1 day agoโ.
Observed means inspected content or a source's stated claim, not independent proof of that claim. Inferred is interpretation. Proposed is a recommendation. Unknown is not established. Confidence refers to the specific claim, not the whole source.
Primary business sources
Post evidence
All post sources are public posts linked from the supplied account. โFrame samplingโ means screenshots of visible playback, not a continuous watch or an audio review. Complete captions were read; Six drinks to discover has different copy on each of its six panels. Captions that claim craft, freshness, ingredients or press coverage remain brand claims.

Exclusions and evidence gaps
- The initial web fetch of Instagram was throttled; the normal browser session subsequently worked. This is a partial but direct visual audit, not an inaccessible-profile assessment.
- Similar-name clothing businesses returned by an early broad search were excluded after the restaurant identity was established.
- An India Live article resembling syndicated restaurant coverage was found, but no claims depend on it. The report cites the brand's actual reposts and distinguishes those from independent publisher verification.
- No independently verified current official website, business email, menu prices, alcohol availability, accessibility facilities, dietary guarantees, agency relationship, budget or production capacity was established.
- No personal contact details were inferred from collaborator names. Business telephone numbers are preserved separately because their source and apparent purpose differ.
- No follower demographics, buyers, revenue, sales, private engagement or customer identity were inferred from public engagement.
- Caption meanings in the report are paraphrases. Brief source phrases appear only where needed to demonstrate copy or design patterns.
Local evidence files
The evidence/ folder contains screenshots, rendered accessibility text and captured post dates. The assets/ folder contains crops of inspected post imagery with browser chrome removed for the report. Crops are evidence excerpts, not generated or retouched brand assets. The HTML embeds selected crops and works offline. Screenshots are for this internal audit; reuse in public promotional material would require appropriate permission.
Expanded inspection: seven additional posts
Google Maps expanded inspection
Business listing and reviews. Accessed 24 October 2026. Directly expanded five initial review cards; 4.6 stars and 3,184 total reviews displayed. Six reviewer-uploaded photos inspected: one by Sujatha S (June 2026), two by Kathiresh (July 2026), three by Jenish Paulshiya (May 2026). Public photographer credits are retained for attribution. Reviews are self-reports. Sorting and additional review access triggered sign-in, so the five-card sample is platform-selected and favourable, not representative. No owner reply was visible on these cards.
Captured source URLs for individual photos:
Colour measurement
One captured cover/frame from each of 20 posts, including collaborations; each resized to 96ร96 with nearest-neighbour sampling, equal weight per post. Median-cut quantisation into seven colour clusters. Browser chrome excluded; visible letterboxing and on-image type retained. Values describe sampled pixels, not official brand colours, all video frames or the full feed. Pixel counts and cluster hex values are in audit-data.json. Rounded percentages may sum to 100.1%. No exact font files were available.
People evidence and illustrative references
Expanded 24 October 2026 using the same inspected evidence; no new reviews, comments or posts were added to the sample. The People tab now separates current audience needs from proposed expansion audiences, explicit praise from unresolved remarks, and post likes from likes on individual comments.
- Five Maps reviews are paraphrased individually in
people-evidence.json: Sujatha S, Kathiresh, Jenish Paulshiya, Pandiyarajan Subburaman and rizwan ahmed. Each praises food, service and atmosphere. Two explicitly describe groups of 15 and about 12. One flags expensive food; one flags delayed dishes. Three report quiet/easy conversation and two moderate noise. All five select plentiful parking. Four mention reservations. These overlapping counts describe only the accessible five-card sample. - Dish-praise counts: mango sticky rice in two review bodies; kunafa cheese ball, paneer and filter coffee tiramisu in one each. Photographs are not counted as written praise. Reviewer spelling of the paneer dish is retained in the data.
- Vegetarian fields: two highly recommend, one somewhat recommends, two unreported. Prices and facilities are historical self-reports, not verified current policies.
- Maps also displayed topic chips: polite staff 114, variety of food 25, sushi 25, dimsum 16, mango sticky rice 6, big screen 6, kids play area 4. These platform-generated mention counts are shown only in an expandable note. Underlying reviews and sentiment were not assessed and are not included in the five-review counts.
- On the creator-visit Reel, comment-like counters were 6 for the maki-roll/unclear-comfort comment, 3 for food/ambience praise, 4 for the companion-seeking comment, 1/3/1 for the three location questions, and 21 for the ambiguous smell remark. Replies were not inspected. Neither wording nor likes establishes a verified complaint. Snapshot counters can change.
- Pilates invitation: two registration-keyword comments, one emoji comment with two likes, one organiser information comment. Five-dish Reel: one readable production-team question with two comment likes; reply uninspected. Football recap: one team-related remark with one comment like, not a restaurant-service complaint.
- Six new persona illustrations were generated with the built-in image-generation tool, with no real-person photo references. They are fictional, not reviewer portraits or evidence of customer age, gender, income, ethnicity, venue services or food availability. The prompts and original/web asset paths are in
persona-image-prompts.json. Originals are in assets/personas/; compressed JPEG copies are embedded in the HTML. Generated illustration colours are excluded from the Instagram colour measurement.
The HTML's 20-post inventory, 32 readable Instagram comment bodies, five Maps reviews, six customer-uploaded images and ten District review bodies remain unchanged.
Twenty local competitors on the home-page map
Twenty selected dining alternatives in Coimbatore are plotted alongside SAZZ. This expands the three closer brand comparisons above into a local directory; it is not a competitor Instagram audit, complete market census, nearest-20 list or quality ranking. Categories and audience overlap are strategic interpretations; prices, menus and operating formats differ.
Names, addresses and map coordinates were read from public District listings on 24 October 2026. Selected official brand pages corroborate positioning. SAZZ's District coordinates (10.9834306, 76.9467662) match the Google Maps location inspected for the audit. Distances below use the haversine formula and are straight-line distances from SAZZ, not driving distance or time. Listing pins are not surveyed entrances.
The Afghan Grill and Chin Chin are separate dining venues within The Residency; Hattan and Indchicoo are separate venues at Poppys Tower. The map groups nearby pins and keeps all 20 venues in the directory. Categories: dining (7), lounges (4), Asian (3), vegetarian (3), cafรฉs/bistros (3). No alcohol availability is inferred for SAZZ from a competitor category.
Bird On Tree was excluded because a current Zomato listing marks dining temporarily closed, while other sources differ. Little Soi's Asian positioning is supported by its menu advertisement in the April 2026 local dining guide; inconsistent District cuisine metadata was not copied into the report.
Structured directory, coordinates and source links. The online street map uses OpenStreetMap tiles; the embedded library, coordinates and directory also work without the basemap when offline. Source links and street tiles require internet.
Map software and attribution
The map uses Leaflet 1.9.4 and Leaflet.markercluster 1.5.3, embedded in the HTML so the controls and coordinates do not depend on a CDN. Licences are retained in vendor/. Map tiles load directly in the viewer's browser from https://tile.openstreetmap.org/{z}/{x}/{y}.png, with visible OpenStreetMap attribution and normal browser caching. Tiles are not bulk downloaded or packaged. File-based offline reports use the embedded coordinate plot and directory instead of requesting street tiles without a web referrer. Leaflet documentation ยท Marker clustering ยท OSM tile policy.
